“I was extremely impressed by what I saw... I think you can say that this is one of the Key Funds’ major success stories”

Community Plan Key Fund Panel Representative

One of the best things about community radio is that it breaks the mould.  We can offer you something different everyday.  It means that we can stay in touch with you - our listener. After all, you are important to us!

Evenings and weekends also means something special to us.  We can offer you an even broader range of programs to suite all tastes and ages.  During the evenings, the station is home to our younger communities who like to explore the music of their generation and discuss the issues that are topical to them.  Weekends are meant to be enjoyed - so expect plenty of fun!

Can You Be A Radio Presenter?

It’s a question that many people ask themselves, and we have seen many people of all ages and abilities walk through our door with no intention of getting behind the mic and having a go - but soon realise that being a radio presenter is actually good fun and really enjoyable!

In fact, it’s a great way to build confidence, improve reading ability, creativity, motivation, enhance literacy skills as well as give something back to the community.  To find out more, click here!
